2008

My name is Trinity VanSteenburg and I have been a part of the Florida Keys since 1989 and a full-time resident since 2008. I started in the restaurant business when I was 10 and have always had a passion for the service industry and event planning. Anyone who knows me knows I love hosting a great party!!


I started Keys Planning and Events in 2010 and then bought Caribbean Catering a 21 year existing business in 2018. We are the only full-service inhouse Planning, Catering, Rentals and Decor in the upper keys. 


We offer Wedding Planning, Catering, Rentals, Decor for all events!
